Also, how does easing restrictions on construction solve affordability issues if owners and landlords buy up all the houses and charge exorbitant rental fees? lol I had the same question. YouTube shorts is okay if you spend a couple hours subscribing to decent creators/tailoring the algorithm. The Bluesky video feed is also pretty decent considering it just launched.
