Chicago Police have released a photo of Officer Krystal Rivera, who was killed last night while chasing a fleeing suspect into a building.

Rivera was a mother to a young daughter.

The FBI Chicago special agent in charge told me he went to Blago's home that morning and called the governor to explain he was being arrested and ask him to come outside. Blago hung up.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson trumpets a homicide clearance rate of nearly 54% - "the highest since 2015."

But we found many of the cases the department has cleared didn't actually result in anyone being arrested or charged.
