Sort of disastrous but tasty. Mini Galette Des Rois. Overfilled and improperly sealed. I added sliced dried apricots to the frangipane - a good choice.

Made Manon's pear and frangipane cake - a yogurt and oil based batter. Very mild flavor and creamy texture.
