Life isn’t always easy.

I dislike exercising. Or at least, I used to.

Now, it has become a habit that keeps me healthy. I AM a healthy person after all!

Calligraphy Teaches Patience.

I practiced #calligraphy for the first time in a decade. It was easy to start, yet hard to complete, just like many things in life.

This activity reminded me that things take effort and time. As long as I keep at it, it will eventually be done and be worthwhile.
