This happens fairly often. At least once a month. I have a CPA, am an enrolled agent, and have 3 years working as a staff accountant in private accounting, but that is not enough for an entry-level tax role apparently.

Note: this is a bit of a rant, and I know these aren’t the only options, but it just seems kinda bleak 3 years into my career.
