it uses fofr/expression-editor on replicate to create a bunch of variations of your input image, and then loads them as you move your mouse around

It's too early to call it, but the initial results from over the weekend are looking really good--a 3x improvement in conversion rate over the old layout!

I'm guessing I'll need to run it for a full week or two to get significant data, but I'm excited at how it's turning out so far!

I don't have a ton of time to devote to this project, but I am planning to go SEO first to start, which takes time to build up. So I'll start whittling away at the todo list a bit at a time, building backlinks, writing more content, creating tools, and of course, building the product bit by bit.
