Got a lot of pings re the unidentified Russian 'submarine' in Kaliningrad shared on the other site (x.com/benreuter_IM...)
It is a decoy they made around this time last year and there a few months. They moved it around and rebuilt it. Final version looked a bit like a polytunnel. #OSINT

I have observed quite a lot of Russian submarines but this one is new to me.
Maybe someone has an idea.
