Grant Fink has been the MiLB hitting coordinator for the Guardians since 2022. In that time span, they shifted position player development philosophy, and then acquired Manzardo/Brito, signed Chourio/Francisca, drafted DeLauter/Ralphy/Kayfus/Bazz/Cozart, etc.

Adding Boyd back is paramount to this offseason. Guards also need to be uber aggressive down the market for starting pitching if they’re not super confident/aggressive with Bieber. Trading for a SP has never been easier or more necessary for this team.
