Really what the hell is wrong with the mental health care system in this country!!!!???? I called within 24 hours of an appointment, to move it and I'm told it's a $100.00 fee because I didn't call 48 hours in advance???!!! Isn't the industry standard 24-hour notice? Shame on you Awen Health.
