I think this was also a way for me to come to terms with Sinder being gone. One can only imagine what Sinder's graduation stream would've looked like had she treated the people around her with respect and dignity.

I'll probably donate it. I can't support manipulators and narcissists. Part of the magic of watching these Vtubers was seeing how they supported eachother. I'll continue to support them and those hurt by Sinder. Put more good into the world, y'know?

But after all this... listening to Cotton and Bao holding back tears while they recounted the manipulation. Hearing ShyLily and Buffpup's justified anger... I feel awful for everyone who was hurt. I feel almost lost myself. I'm not going to destroy my Sinder merch, but I took that stuff down fast.

I remember watching Bao's model debut on March 1st, 2024 and feeling hyped. I loved seeing the interactions between her and her friends. Eventually I found Sinder and felt like I found my community. I bought merch, I joined comfy streams and wanted to see her succeed. I wanted all of them to succeed

I remember seeing Vtubers becoming popular in Japan. I remember when Hololive debuted their English lineup. I checked them out, thought they were neat, and moved on. I remember seeing clips of Bao for the first time and thinking, "Hey now, this girl's hilarious. Let me catch her live sometime."
