After 5 years of sleeping on top of Poncho's cage they became great friends.He passed away a few days ago.She knows and misses him.I am gently and slowly getting Rocky used to it. Eventually the cage will be removed.I need to replace it with something she can claim as her place to land.Cat lady I am

Rocky the Flying Squirrel was named as such because when she was little she would jump from surface to surface with her front legs outstretched. She would land on the floor to ceiling cat tree and swing around the pole, flinging herself on top of the bird cage. This has been her place for 5 yrs.

Rocky the Flying Squirrel is a 5 year old female rescue cat. She was bottle fed, and fostered by me. I couldn't let her go. Her name is such because she literally flew from one surface to another when she was little. She would land on the cat tree and swing around the pole.

Those were some good times. I loved my flying lessons. Too bad I couldn't continue.I only logged 10 hours. Never date your flight instructor.😁
