I've been making steady progress using my eating strategy, and I'm doing cardio at the gym.
I'm contemplating when to start weightlifting also. Just trying to get "less belly more hemoth"!

Hi everyone! This is what I currently look like at around 470 lb. or so. These should serve as good "before" pictures for later. I do actually love the way I look now, and I'm looking forward to losing as well for better health. More to come!
