Smoking some sharp cheddar this morning.
Made tritip and chicken yesterday. All turned out really well. Chicken was a little dry because I was running the temperature so high to get a good sear on the tritip.

Just wrapped them in peach paper and put them back on the smoker for a few more hours.

The hubs and I had to replace the fan, computer, and igniter yesterday so today I’m testing its capabilities with some pork loins.

I smoked a pork butt last weekend. It made amazing pulled pork tacos for Valentine’s Day!
