But religious angles see any use as too much and so over diagnose the problem making it hard to actually understand the struggle. This seems closer since it admits overuse is related to other issues but... It does seem very bare bones and distant despite its goals.

I'm always so divided on this issue. On the one hand, I have personally and have seen others genuinely struggle with masturbation addiction but it's usually because someone is depressed and they need *something* to feel good.

The nice thing about millennials getting old is that I feel less pressured to be fashionable. I can dress like the scene kid I wanted to be as a teen.
