A pastelly morning in my Sunday/Monday home
Parked for the night, asked this uncle if he minds.
Shortly after he asks if I’m hungry. Then the competition begins: we are offering each other various foods, tea, coffee, yoghurt. Like ping pong going back and forth. Uncle drops a bag of pide and a can of tuna in my lap ❤️🇹🇷

Stopped at a breakfast place run by proud Circassians the other day. Picked up this homemade 2kg cheese (she said “it’s nice with wine” and i was sold).
Today I cut it, bloody delicious. Now to buy some wine …
