I'll read the comments so you don't have to.

I'd be all about changing the rules about impeachment at this point.

Since we've got a party system anyway, we need something that's closer to a simple no confidence vote.

btw, this is research into seemingly simple real life problems, which is something I'm always curious about

That's the thing. Bureacracy is going to exist if you're a big entity.

You can have more accountability or more autonomy, but tearing it apart just means you have problems doing things.

Been there. You respond to one of their posts, and get a "???" and are completely embarrassed

If you search the title, there's a link to the pdf (about 18 pages off of FP weekly)as the first google result. Wasn't able to get the address on the phone

Girls are harder later. The techniques you can use on kids no longer work. Their brains are byzantine lockboxes, and they're hard to figure out.

Boys will still do dangerous and stupid stuff, but they do it out of sight, but their brains are easier to look into, so more predictable

It shifts.

(My experience, caveats etc) Girls are easy early. They don't require the same level of supervision.

Boys are harder early. They get into more stuff, have problems sitting still, etc 1/
