I strongly disagree, beyond the 90-day extension (which Tik Tok legally doesn’t meet the requirements of) Trump has no power to reverse the ban without an act of congress, which would require a lot of political capital in his first 100 days for a policy that is clearly not a priority

Does this not mean that if a patient has to be under for longer than the established benchmark, then insurance doesn't cover it?
