Would employers hate it? Yeah. Would they fire everyone who struck for a week? I doubt it, simply because it is incredibly hard to find good employees. I had to pick a new hire last March. The woman we hired negotiated a 4 month delay before she would report. We agreed because she was a fit.

NAL. Is this a temporary administrative hold, to allow the prosecution to appeal. I think it's standard judicial practice. I believe Halligan and Bondi should face serious sanctions.
Since financially penalizing Comey is likely Trump's/Bondi's goal (maximize legal fees). SCOTUS bound.

If the GOP and SCOTUS can strip the EPA of the authority over pollution releases into temporary waterways, I see no reason that a person living hundreds of miles from the coast and international borders should be subject to their authority. I would also argue TN has a Stand Your Ground Law.

One side effect of gutting the DOJ of competent lawyers. You lose a lot of cases...even those when you may have a valid point.

If they are assuming powers beyond their jurisdiction limits, wouldn't the Constitutional Sheriffs have the power to arrest them for kidnappings?

Between my employer and myself we pay $1600 a month. It's better than nothing but the utter capitulation makes any of their actions performative. Schumer has to go. He is no leader.
