My only detracting thought is they will want to save base game cars to be launched at the same time as an expansion pack about racing cars or something where there’s a world built for driving around…

I hope so too. I can’t imagine what else “restoration workshop” could even mean if not for cars. What else could you “restore” in a kit that doesn’t have gameplay? We already had an art studio kit not that long ago that gave us a new easel and woodworking bench, so it’s probably nothing artistic…
