I know this goes against the social media “code” but i fundamentally believe that recipes don't need to be shared the moment they are shown off. Foods meant to inspire and make people want to try new things. I made this because I wanted something refreshing, nostalgic, and to impress friends/family.

This is what I make when I’m hungry, tired, and trying to prove to myself I don’t need takeout every time I feel mildly inconvenienced by cooking. It’s not elegant, it’s not precious, it’s not for everybody ... it's just my take on quick food that will get me through a tough day.

Some people want their fruit to be quiet, predictable, and emotionally supportive. That's fine, but that’s not what this is. This is bright, spicy, numbing, and slightly confusing that keeps you coming back for more.
