Hi #mammary peeps: ? about mammary whole mounts: is there a size threshold for classification of HANs? I will be sectioning the tissue but currently imaging to do a HANs/gland count and finding sizes of nodules very variable and even subjective... Is there a better way than 'visually' counting?
