If I wanted to be exclusively historically accurate, I would also have to, as an example, condemn a male MC that chose to become a seer later on to actually be displayed as weak and cowardly, or make them not able to choose to be a seer at all, which I didn't want to restrict.

So no, a trans MC will not fully transition and they will struggle a lot.

This is why it is a work of fiction and not a historically accurate retelling.

I want to give the reader the choice to invent their own headcanon, their own story, while keeping things quite realistical.

As a German... I know how bad things can get. PLEASE don't let it get to that point. Do whatever you can to oppose your government, because it's on its way to become just as bad as mine approximately 85 years ago. Don't let history repeat itself AGAIN.
