Reiki is used in hospitals to help ease stress and anxiety and to aid with healing and pain management. A Reiki II or higher attunement is needed in order to be able to send Reiki at a distance. No voice is transmitted. Reiki is not a religion and has no dogma. Look it up please.

I just got up. Nothing funky going on this morning. Everything I taped last night still had tape on it this morning. Everything is in its place, and the doors are all still locked. I'm cured! Hahaha. No, I just need to reduce my stress, relax a lot, regroup, and I think this will all stop. 🤞

Oh, my! Poor kid! Well, at least I'm not peeing everywhere. I'm sure he was just stressed about something. Fortunately, I only do this when I'm really, really stressed. I have tried to make tea before and left the kettle on full of water for hours. That was dangerous.

My co-worker, also a man, drinks those energy drinks called Ice. I Googled it, and a better-looking Liquid Ice Energy drink came up on the Wal-Mart site. It looked sorta sporty. Blue colors and promised electrocution on the outside of the can. It looks promising. ?

The Reiki practitioner always has to get permission first from the person that they are sending to at a distance before they can send. If the client is in a state where they cannot give permission, like a coma, the person's Higher Self will decide whether to accept or not, which is always the case.

Reiki can certainly reduce stress and anxiety as well as empower the unhoused to heal themselves with the help of healing, loving energy from a Higher Power.
