As I heal and grow, I remind myself to stop reaching out to those who don't do the same. We don't have to talk everyday, but a response to my reach and/or you reaching out to me and I respond once in a while isn't much. Am I wrong? Maybe my expectations are a bit high for some. Thoughts...

I just deactivated many of the popular social media apps because it was getting overwhelming receiving all the notifications, videos, etc. My mental health and peace is more important than social media.
