British and other European soldiers have died alongside Americans. That's the ultimate price. I've seen what war does to veterans. Army family.

Taken advantage of? We have been consistently at your side and many have died. A friend had both his legs blown off. One day you know the value of international friendships. It will be too late as they will have deserted you. Your lack of courtesy is matched only by your ignorance.

I don't have a problem with American success but at the moment you seem to be going through what my country went through after Brexit. A self serving leader who exemplifies the very elite he says he despises, and international respect taking a nosedive.

I really feel for you. Just keep hoping, keep posting and keep going to demos. Yes, the damage (especially the reputational one) will take a long time to regain. We have local government elections here and we are fearful that Reform UK (Trump-loving Nigel Farage) will do well. Ug!

It was the same here after Brexit when that idiot Johnson came to power. Just embarrassing. We are beginning to recover, and so will you one day. Just keep the faith and keep doing those little subversive things.
