Pretty wild to make your entire case about how immigrants are lawless freeloaders, but having to go to their workplaces and court hearings to arrest them.

I am now of an age when I go out to eat at 4:30P!!!

In my defense, hot new small restaurant, don’t take reservations, we were a party of 5 … we still waited 45 minutes, but the wait was 1.5 hours (for 2 people) at 5P.

It was worth it!!!

Last Thurs morning, I hiked under a rare cloudy sky. That afternoon I held my father’s hand as he passed. A grey day all around.

Today’s hike was a return to sunshine and I hope my dad is at peace.

Libertarians who think it’s worth trashing America’s constitutional order in exchange for a few billion in discretional spending cuts are useful idiots for authoritarianism.

In January 1941, President Franklin Roosevelt answered the "America First" of his day - and foresaw the "America First" of ours:

"We must especially beware of that small group of selfish men who would clip the wings of the American eagle in order to feather their own nests."
