The thing that contributes most to me wellbeing #EduWell is my community.

On my walk, I saw Emmett, my greyhound friend. He dances when he sees me & his owner thinks I make the dogs day. Ha, he makes mine!!

Today's 100 rep ab challenge was to hold a 2 point plank for 50 sec on each side. No way I managed that time but I have something to work on.

Today's quick easy run (only 1.5km) turned out to be my fastest pace in a lot of years.

Getting back to running & taking it slow but it's actually getting easier & better. Feeling so proud.

Exotic dance Mon, Bachata Tues, Salsa tonight, Lyra Thurs.

When I first saw my EP, my leg strength didn't make baseline acceptable std.

April 24 (some Barre Definition) just made it to standard.

Today, (1st time since April) we smashed it. So much stronger, well above std. EP so impressed by strength & balance

A few birthdays ago we went in on a massage chair, with heating & zero gravity.

After some hard exercise this morning, I treated myself to a massage!!

What do you do when you can't get back to sleep at 3am?

Wordle, meditation, 40 min total body barre exercises, 7 min lower abs, 1.5km run. Stretches for the splits, pull up practice....

The pull up! This is my pull up bar.

My wellbeing focus is strength & flexibility. So, I am working on pull ups and doing stretches to do the splits.

My 6 monthly visit to be juiced up on Ocrevus. There is no treatment for #MS just disease modifying drugs (DMDs) to prevent progression of the disease.

I ran up these steps today for old times sake.

Coming back from a huge #MS flare, I started walking these, then running them, then ruining 5km.

Once again coming back. Running 1.5km. Today ran these - a breeze

Wow the 100 rep abs challenge today was so tough but I did it. 10 at a time.

1.5km run. Walk with my partner. Saw one of my favourite neighbourhood dogs. All is right with the world.

Expecting a hot one here so an early 1.5km run (returning slowly focusing on form), and then walk.

Barre workouts and 100 rep challenges done too.

#EduWell good news is GP could see the difference & I've been able to drop a medication.

I woke at 5 feeling amazing so got up & did my 100 rep challenges. Day 6 down.

Feeling so good I ran 1.5km without stopping as my stay back to running.

For context 1.5 years ago I struggled to walk that 1.5km.

I've been sitting in my hammock chair reading and looking out at bush and mountains this break.
