I saw an 11/25 post from Dr. Harry Hoekstra to not take both COVID and flu shot at the same time due to IL-6 and IL-8 elevations after co-administration of COVID and flu vaccines are associated with lower anti-spike IgG titres at 3 and 6 post-vaccine.

Huge problem. They (not just in the UK) seem to pick and choose and definitely choose not to include major changes. It's extremely frustrating, and simply not right for all involved to not acknowledge/advance/adapt with change.
