Also this weekend is #FlightSimExpo2025. I WILL NOT be there, but looking forward to seeing what folks have to offer. I may restream the events.
Eve, the protagonist of Stellar Blade. This game is very well done, and a treat for the eyes and ears in VR, using UEVR. The story centers around Eve, an android from the future, and her mission to rid future Earth of a presumably alien species that has taken over. If you are interested in trying this game out in VR, First get the demo for Stellar Blade on Steam, then download UEVR. Follow the instructions on how to inject VR into the game, and profit. Enjoy the jiggles...

#OblivionRemastered #NPCAppearanceManager @nexusmods.com Even more fun with NPC Appearance manager. Since I already gave Ida Ottus (my current companion) a makeover, we decided to stop by her house in Imperial City and makeover her mom... Alessia. Yes, the same lady who writes those city guides.
Alessia Ottus- BEFORE: the infamous author of the "Guide to XYZ City" guides. If you have read her work, you know she is snooty and biased. Her original look here does not really give me that vibe.... Alessia Ottus - AFTER: Since I am running around with her daughter Ida anyway, and according to Elder Scrolls lore, looks are passed on by the mother, I used Ida's makeover as a base, and aged Alessia up. I kept the same hairdo but gave it more a hint of auburn, and made her face a bit more stern looking. This is the look of a woman who is immediately judging you, when you walk into her house as a Redguard, with her daughter in tow... Daughter and Mother. Ida with my makeover on the left- the carefree adventurer and my travel partner (through use of the Advanced Followers mod), and her stuck up mom- Alessia, who is clearly judging me and probably cannot wait for me to leave her house...

#OblivionRemastered #NPCAppearanceManager #NexusMods I was playing around again at revamping more faces in the game, borrowing from the @elderscrollsonline.com depiction of Altmer (High Elves), and I kinda like how these four ladies came out looking. I **MIGHT** put together a pack to upload...
Nerussa- Innkeeper for Wawnet Inn, in Weye, just outside of Imperial City. I was thinking she is a "younger elf" (equivalent of late 20s, early 30s human). She has a sunny disposition, so I gave her a more pleasing face. Carahil is in charge of the Mages Guild in Anvil. A wise but fair woman who clearly has seen some things in her time. I see her as a young middle aged elf who rose through the ranks, but still retains her youthful exuberance. Caminalda is a rogue mage. While there is a related quest associated with her (Anvil Mages Guild recommendation) it is clear she is a jaded middle aged Altmer who has either fallen on desperate times, or simply lost her faith in everything. Either way, she comes across as aloof and quite... suspect. Tandilwe is a middle aged Altmer priestess in the Temple of the One, in Imperial City. She has the look of someone who has devoted most of her life in service to a higher power. Her raised brows and soft features hint at her mercy and good natured presence.

When you meet Nerussa in Wawnet Inn, this is what she looks like. Default Oblivion Remastered. (Picture courtesy of UESP) Nerussa's new look, using the mod NPC Appearance Manager. I went for a more ESO Altmer look, with larger eyes and irises, a more rounded but still gaunt face, more pronounced brow, and slightly darker dirty blonde hair. Nerussa talks to the Imperial Legionnaire stationed in her inn. You can see a good look at her profile. I kept the hairdo the same, though in this lighting you can see the hair color is a bit darker than original. Of all the Elder Scrolls games, I find myself liking the Altmer look in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) the best. They still retain the common elven features, but the larger eyes make them a little more aloof looking, and depending on their motives... a bit more unsettling. Nerussa is a good lady though, she just loves her wine, and her inn.

Ida Ottus, BEFORE, in her default Oblivion Remastered face. I am using a mod called Advanced Followers to have her as my companion, and i gave her some fancy clothes that I had found. Ida Ottus, AFTER, using the standard character creator to make her face, then the mod NPC Appearance Manager to swap her original face for the one I just made. And I made her a little ginger haired, which is super cute! The new and improved NPC, Ida Ottus in Skingrad, on a lovely afternoon.

#OblivionRemastered In between episodes Belinus did some running around in Ayleid ruins, and came across a lady calling herself Umbra. She had very nice armor.... Now *I* have nice armor! It took a few minutes, but I think she was "shocked" to meet me.
Inside Vindasel ayleid ruins just sw of Imperial City, you will find Umbra chilling in the basement. Navigate the traps, then jump from the balcony to this pillar where she cannot touch you... attack with magic or archery with poisons attached. I used a custom made lightning spell and recharged my magica with the welkynd stones I found in the same ruins. Once complete, hop down and loot Umbra to get some epic ebony armor and the Umbra sword (yes that one). Note that killing her counts as murder and will trigger the dark brotherhood meeting with Lucien if you have not done so yet. I opted to kill Lucien after we met, because i am not doing the dark brotherhood quest. It does not affect fame or infamy in any way.
