Not the way I planned this week to start, but thankful for my amazing family and the wonderful staff at Swedish First Hill for getting me through my ordeal.

Wife drove me the ER, and after a CT scan, it was confirmed my appendix was inflamed. It had not burst/ruptured, so I was safe on that end, but they got me on the surgery schedule for Tuesday morning. Surgery went smoothly and I’m home now, resting.

It felt like he had 5 sacks all on his own. Absolutely destroyed that ARI line

Reminds me of this vicious attack from a few years ago

I did a day trip to Grand Canyon while on a work trip in Flagstaff. I seriously could not comprehend the scale the entire time I was there. Just immeasurable.
