They did that to our dog once. She was understandably mortified. We have never returned.

I'm sorry. That's really stressful. I hope they get things sorted out swiftly.
Dog pic as requested. She's waiting for me to take her for a walk.

Came across an injured tūī fledgling this morning while we were walking the dog. I thought it was dead but my son noticed it was still breathing. Took it to the wonderful team at Birdcare Aotearoa. Really hoping they can nurse it back to health. This is the 528th bird they've had in so far in 2024!

Mint. I was impressed by similar efforts in Whakatāne last week. Increasingly important for shade too as the days get hotter.

They're stunning. I can take no credit for the hydrangeas in our garden because they were there before we moved in but I love them a lot. This is a pic from a couple of years ago. They're not fully out yet this year.

How do we definitively establish that my sister's dog is not in fact a human in a dog suit?

Santa's getting an extra large whiskey at our house because there's a whole lot of wrapping still to do 😬

If I was negotiating with people who were smarter and more experienced than me, I probably wouldn't keep promising stuff that I had very little control over and that gave my political opponents motivation to drag things out. 🤷🏽 #nzpol

I'm imagining similar vibes to this: (we really need gifs here)

Just another very normal school run in West Auckland today...

There was a pilot vehicle in front of it with a "wide load" sign. I expected a house or something mundane to follow but instead it was this. I am consumed by curiosity. On

Enlightenment appreciated.

Deleted your Twitter account and wondering what the vibe there is these days? I think this tweet pretty much sums it up.

Been a long time since I heard anything at all about these two but I have to say I respect their position 100% and the way they're using their platform.

Party vote Green if you like swimming at lovely beaches.

ACT's deputy leader having another very normal interaction with one of their supporters on Facebook. This is exactly the level of discourse you'd be validating if you vote NACT or NZ First. Feel free to share with your right-leaning friends.

Regretting not wearing my togs for the beach walk. Mint day!
