We camped by a mountain lake and cooked with campfire. Later we swam in the freezing mountain lake water.

I went camping in the forest by myself the other day. I met new friends on the way and they kept me company until the end of the day.
Gathered wood, made a campfire and made some food.
This whole process was like therapy for me. At night, I fell asleep with the rain.

When was the last time you were able to be alone with nature and listen to your inner voice?
I think one of the things that is good for the soul is to create a space for yourself and your mind to relax and breathe. This happens when you go to nature for any activity.

Erkenden Gölcük Milli Parkına gelmiştik. Gölün etrafında yürürken, soğuktan yüzümdeki mimiklerimin donduğunu hissedebiliyordum. 🥶
