I sent an email to one of the corporate ones at RAINN I could find and got a response back.
Hey Bek, Please find their response below: "Thanks for passing this on, Michael. Like many other federal grantees and contractors, we've made a number of changes to our website to make sure that we comply with the Executive Order that makes it clear that federally supported programs must remove language relating to transgender. RAINN remains supportive of transgender survivors and we will continue to help all survivors of sexual assault. you'd think a site with stupidly expensive membership would have reliable servers but error messages like this happen on a frequent basis.

as in multiple times a day and every single time I use the site. #genealogy
