🚫. Abusers don't overtly abuse. They will wreck y'all from inside. Or letting them stay will. Address this openly, if the harmed people are ok with it. If not, quiet boot.

🚫. If your org doesn't put at least a little bit on your plate, it's probably not accomplishing much. And that's fine, for periods. Just not forever. Steward your groups. Invest & care. Show up.

2. Nobody reads agendas and meetings are too formal/stuffy. Let's have a loose event and call it a meeting so we can casually check-in, no pressure!

🚫. Why? This is "entryism." Most groups who do this? Cults, or Vanguard-ians with ruling tendencies. Everyone I know has had a bad experience with folks like this, because they prey on newbies & organizational vulnerabilities. Hence, don't. Have a coalition night, instead. Don't bullshit comrades. 🙂
