Honestly some of my favorite referrals. Patients are so relieved to know why they’re tired or eating ice. Most are told it can’t be iron deficiency since they’re not anemic
PSA: You can have iron deficiency without anemia and it still matters and can cause serious symptoms and absolutely warrants treatment.

Breaking: RFK Jr. has forced out PETER MARKS, the nation’s top vaccine regulator.

In his resignation letter, obtained by the Post, Marks said he was willing to work with RFK Jr on his vaccine concerns — but said Kennedy wishes “subservient confirmation of his misinformation and lies.”

More not so fun measles facts

🦠wipes out up to 73% of your antibodies to bacterial and viral infections (immune amnesia)
🦠prior to the vaccine, measles killed 2.6 million people a year
🦠can survive 2 hours in a room after an infected person leaves
🦠99% of unimmunized that are exposed are infected
Doesn’t it also reset your immune system?

When Elon was a kid, survival for ALL, the most common childhood cancer, was <10%

Now it’s >90% due to funded collaboratives (high indirect costs) whose work ultimately SAVES THOUSANDS OF LIVES EVERY YEAR.

For other cancers there’s still so much progress to be made.

I think it’s worth it.

Many pediatric oncology programs rely on philanthropy and have just a small fraction of the resources that St Jude has.

If you’d like to support children with cancer, especially those in your area, consider donating to your local children’s hospital.
