Just give yourself grace.

I understand I can be overly emotional and extremely sensitive but when you come from that type of emotional abuse it clouds your perception.

Once I was able to figure that out and work through it in therapy…I will remove myself from any situation where my emotional needs are not being met.

But I hope he gets help. But a narcissist who is aware they are a narcissist is….woo.
