Not interested in shouting into the void. Looking to connect and have a "Self-to-Self" conversation with folks who are ready to roll up their sleeves to get ready for what's coming. How can we support each other and build resilience at all levels?
How bad do have to be for your dog to take up arms against you? Without any details, I'm on the dog's side.

I added a bunch of links to other Medium posts. I wonder if this fleshes things out a bit more.

Cool. I'll see how I could work that in somewhere. Thanks so much for the feedback. Much appreciated!

Worth noting, too, that we are committed to working relationally, so any written piece is meant to spark a conversation (preferably in real time), not stand on its own. Something that leaves people with questions is good. (Bewildered, tho, is probably bad.)

The goal is truly collaborative/non-coercive working culture which in experience is impossible to communicate using words (alone). We are deeply suspicious of all stories. That's part of our "new oral tradition" and the insistence that we are all the blind ones and the elephant. Hard to short-hand.

It's an attempt at a cosmolocal place. We are pretty embedded in the local community (which brings its own challenges) and want to maintain long-term connections to regional and global relations. Seems too complicated to explain in an introductory piece. How do you short-hand the important bits?

My challenge is always finding the balance between brevity and depth. And everyone is interested in (and bored by) different parts. I added ine line at the beginning to provide a bit of context. Is that moving in the right direction?

@vivekgani.bsky.social thanks for feedback and I have follow up questions: what aspects of the backstory would be most relevant?

Who is the "they" in "their relations to community"? The reader?

I'm not sure I understand the question about the collective story. Can you elaborate on why relevant?
