Okay, vegans and vegetarians, how do you do lunchtime sandwiches? I feel like I haven't mastered veggie ideas for sandwiches and I feel like the lack of a meat or fish (i.e. tuna or turkey or something) leaves me with only sad salad on bread.

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
