I don't work for Kaiser, but I work in an adjacent health system (and I'm a Kaiser member). You can know how impacted our health systems are and feel it as a client, but until you're in it and you're mind, body and spirit are broken by it, you can't fully understand how dire conditions are.

Last year, Kaiser mental health workers went on strike for two months and drastically improved accessibility of services for Kaiser mental/ behavioral health clients.
