Not really keeping up here..still getting my toe in...AND a few anime characters are following me. What the??? ha.

A world that works for everyone requires individuals capable of individuation (knowing and trusting themselves) and interdependence (working in harmony with others).

Being an adult is more than just age.

It’s a skill set. A practice. A way of showing up for yourself.

Adulthood is not a given, it is a choice.

Each of us gets to choose our own internal compass.

We choose our values and morals. We do not need anyone else's permission to live them either.

It is ok and good to question why we might be believing something and to make sure we are choosing the belief.

We are taught to hypervigilently focus on what others think about us instead of truly listening to what we think about ourselves.

Nice way to keep a whole lot of us distracted and running after our own tails.

I keep forgetting to come here...ha. Living in the absolute depths of dark, cold, winter season will do that. Off to make sauerkraut.

Western society will have you in a loop of needing to fix yourself, convincing you that there is something WRONG with you that if you just fixed would save the world.

No person needs fixing, it is the systems that do.

Maturity is a skill-set not a given. It requires effort.

Boop. Here I am. Terrified(yet positively hopeful) for this newtome technology/platform.
