Sorry to say that it DOES mean change in control of the company that makes the platform, from whatever structure they were running to a the traditional board of directors ownership.

It depends on the licensing deal, aka if the license holder gets a cut of the sales or not and if who boight them has an exclusive right.

After Banka made that comment on Iga’s case, if they had kept the hard line it would have been a media disaster for WADA.

These things though should be addressed case by case. You cannot really take an example and campare it directly to another without considering the details.
