Today's #mentalhealth #walk almost didn't happen because I had to work a 12 hour day on Fri. after putting in a full week. Thankfully, @tennapop.bsky.social told me I needed to take the break and I listened. It gave me energy to work another three hours today and wrap up this phase of my project.

Oil may be down but that's almost always a sign of a recession. My grocery prices are still high.
