I absolutely don't condone or recommend any sort of civil war rhetoric or ideas. But sometimes violence does work. And I will never blame an oppressed person for using violence against their oppressors.

I see your point, but we have real evidence, just this week, that political violence does work. Nepal just ousted its prime minister for not listening to them. Many civil rights and worker protections in the US were earned through violent actions or events that became violent.

Usually a minor fine/ticket and possibly a mark against your license itself. Thats it. Remember everyone's favorite movie The Proposal? The whole plot revolves around her overstaying a Visa. That's the kinda people we're talking about. Dangerous criminals wouldn't have got a visa in the first place.

Well the supposed LEOs are shooting civilians and clearly identified press. So I'd say any response to that is fair.

Overstaying a visa is a minority civil infraction. Akin to not renewing your vehicle license tags.
