It’s a meme of a Spartan warrior using his shield (labeled X) to block arrows as a means to protect the words “free speech” placed behind the spartan. A user replied to Elon’s post with the word “cisgender” which X has flagged with the following comment. “Visibility limited: this Post may violate X’s rules against Hateful Conduct.” The user’s response to Elon being flagged by X stands as evidence that X is not truly protecting free speech.
