You'll be dancing in no time. Also been listening to Radio-Aktivität (Kraftwerk. Obv).. I enjoy some of their less refined earlier stuff. The sounds are raw and primitive. I don't make electronic music but I find it rather inspiring nonetheless. Maybe you will too.. Happy Saturday

Recently I've been listening to a lot of LCD Soundsystem. Their first 3 albums are pure gold. They don't really have any hits but that's sort of their magic.. the songs prefer to reveal themselves.. slowly. They refuse to be denied. Also listening to lots of Portishead. Hope all is well.

Around this time they were writing songs like Like Spinning Plates & I Will. Which aren't that radical... but still a thousand times more brave than anything Thom Yorke has written in the past decade. Still.. a good record. This one and IR were a favourite for long car trips. When I was about 4.

We hear the kosmische influences already but it's time to go ALL OUT. next time you get on stage you must extend Balthazar with 10 minutes of ambient instrumental noodling/live tape experiments. Play so that you NEVER perform more than THREE SONGS in any 45 minute set.

The art itself is always clever.. it is separate from us. we pull pieces from it and fashion them into words,music,paint,etc... The artist trying to be clever is just somebody trying to match the enormity and beauty of the world around them. even if they fail I find that to be at least endearing

The advantage of having nice cover art is you can just stick it on a shirt and people will buy it
