Tropicana orange juice is 100% juice with no added sugar! Squeezing your own oranges for juice will still give you the same amount of sugar :) Juice wont give you fiber, but eating whole oranges will

hi colin! where did you get this information? microwaving actually has very little effect on nutrient absorption, and can be a very quick and convenient way to prepare meals!

keep in mind... yes honey is sugar, but its not detrimental for health! if consumed in moderation, it can absolutely be part of a healthy diet

keep in mind, whole milk is a great option also! its great for kids who need extra energy, or patients who struggle to eat. calories are not a bad thing!
