NHS Worker.
Progressive.
Team sports fanatic.
They ought to have mentioned he saved Tory donor and former pornographer Richard Desmond up to £150 million in tax on a housing development. Something that was later ruled to be "unlawful by reason of apparent bias".

Where is that?

I mean they voted for him....probably twice.

It will be sold as a huge win and his base will lap it up.
In reality it appears the few voices in his circle with a modicum of intelligence have got through to him. The current trajectory was unsustainable.

Of the ones who are visible to all of us Putin.
April 7, 2025 at 11:16 PM
We started calling it his 'beddy' and he definitely associates the word with the chair.
March 19, 2025 at 1:22 PM
Our cat won't even use the bed he'd slept in for months at Cats Protection.
He sleeps on an armchair in the dining room but will only go there when the family goes to bed. He'll note we're turning the lights off then go to the chair and mew until we roll
up a fluffy blanket for him to sleep on.

I listened every morning until a few years ago.
Over time they've lost some wonderful presenters.

Vance is quite obviously utterly devoid of principles.
He may prove to be more dangerous than Trump because there's a coherent, serpentine intelligence behind what he does.
I wonder if he'd be as beholden to Russia as Trump?
March 4, 2025 at 10:27 PM
A traitor indeed, add Farage and Tice to the rouges gallery.
March 4, 2025 at 4:30 PM
I believe so.
Look at the body language between them when they met in Helsinki.
February 28, 2025 at 10:22 PM
Where does this end?

Everyone with an ounce of sanity expected things to be bad but Trump has unleashed a nightmare both at home and abroad.
February 26, 2025 at 8:24 PM
True.
February 22, 2025 at 10:43 PM
He told us all he'd leave the UK if Brexit turned out to be a disaster.
Why's he still here?
February 22, 2025 at 7:33 PM
They tried too hard to be impartial but now it's flipped the other way.

However I still hear people say the BBC are too left wing.
I guess if people are fed a diet of GB News it skews their perspective.
February 22, 2025 at 5:41 PM
A real shame.
Let's keep encouraging him.
February 22, 2025 at 12:37 PM
It was.
They even held a press conference when it was released.
What really sticks in my mind is:

Q - Was there any Russian interference in the Brexit referendum?
Is there a smoking gun?

A - The security services don't know because the Conservative government ordered them to stop looking for it.

Every time he's done something I've hoped it would be a moment of realisation and a turning point but it never seems to matter.
February 22, 2025 at 11:39 AM
The fact that Trump is a complete buffoon is nothing new, everyone in his administration will be aware of this. The leadership of the entire world will also be aware.
All the barriers to his power are being dismantled, even the US military is being decapitated. Only Trump loyalists are safe.
