I don’t care much for ‘best of’ lists, but I’d put this one high up on my ‘didn’t disappoint’ list for this year. Love this collab and hope it’s opened the minds and palates of many to explore Amrut further.

Gatherwell BA stout from Allagash. Nice roasted malt and dark chocolate, a bit lighter on the barrel influence and a tempered level of sweetness. This one’s pretty well done.

Tempted to head back to the local and pick this up. Likely sourced MGP watered down to 40%…but it pours from the bum!
