Dr. Strange's ult charge is fixed but not the fact his portal can't be places anywhere near spawn doors anymore?

This, and $15-25+ skins, is predatory as pricing goes and is what drove so many people away from games like OW2.
Build loyalty, don't take advantage of it.
We have such high hopes for this game and want it to succeed for a long time - fix the current issues plaguing players before reworks.

I also noticed that the new side battle-passes are continuing to increase in price, while the value of rewards decrease exponentially. Players now have to choose between passes with one of many earned in-game currency and have to purchase the other if they want to continue earning anything of value.

The trending tags #StrategistStrike and #RevertJeff well before this update should've been a red-alert. If the nerfing of Supports was an attempt to force DPS and Tanks to play as a team, it obviously didn't work, and actively made Support more difficult and unpleasant to play...

Such as account verification to force smurfs out of the game, putting a level lock on ranked that is much higher then 20; addressing the rampant toxcixity with real, tangeable consequences other than "this player can't play ranked for a few hours" when they most likely weren't to begin with.

Entirely changing the way heros work does not garner interest, it loses the loyalty of players. Team-up changes are fresh and interesting, changing the entire kit and how it works seems like an act of desperation when the focus should be placed elsewhere...

With such a wildly popular game, standing as an individual against competitors like Blizzard's OW2, a dying franchise - why would you see the mistakes they made, and purposely repeat them?
Why aren't you listening to your players? Streamers and paid partners should NOT be your template to improve.
