Thought I'd share this painting I did of the (old?) kanji for "dragon" #福山雅治 #BROS1991
One of the possible kanji for "dragon," 龍, painted in green and blue acrylic ink. There is another kanji, 竜, which I think is newer; I didn't paint it because it's not the title of Fukuyama Masaharu's new single, but it does look like it has a cute tail.

Gave up on finding a cute #beekeeping pun to tie it together
Dear BeeCraft, Greetings from North West London, where your advice helped me get started in beekeeping and harvest my first proper crop of honey this year (I donated half the proceeds to Gendered Intelligence, a charity working to improve the lives of transgender people). I appreciate that Thinking Outside the Brood Box is meant as light relief, and that it relies on familiar tropes. But having seen my transgender friends tormented daily for being themselves, and having recently had someone try to exclude me from a community group for being out as bisexual, I can no longer manage a chuckle at lines like "two women, or maybe two men, it was hard to say." These things are like bee stings: you think you can tolerate them till one makes you collapse. All kinds of people keep bees. For many, it's an escape from a harsh world. There's plenty of humour to be found in this hobby without painting some of us as the "other" and the butt of jokes. Best wishes Laura Brown Harrow
